Hi!
1)I need to know the type of program memory in DSP i think SRAM but

Does anyone know of a softcore for either the Analog Devices ADSP-2191
or 2181 DSPs? Looks like the 2191's life is only 2 years and I need
something that is code compatible with the 2181 DSP.

Our school is selling these EZ-Kit Lites out for almost nothing. I'm
wondering if it's possible to put two or more together so they become a
parallel distributed computing system, as in, since they've 20 MIPS, can
they become 20 MIPS x [number of 2181 together]? :)

I tried to run an old ADSP-2100 EZ-Kit Lite. Unfortunately, I can open
and run only one window at one time when I run ADSP 2181 simulator.
There is no manual on how to run the simulator in the kit. Could
anybody please let me know how to open and run several windows

Hi all
I would like to know as to how to interface ADSP 2181 ez kitlite
with BF 533 ez kitlite board.
My aim is to transfer the ADC contents ( digital data from ADC) stored in

Hello,
How to set in assemblers program, that I want to perform only 1 channel. (
from C/A A/C )
Actually how to set that the 2181 should receive data just from 1 channel
and send to 1 channel.??
I taked the look to the examples in VisualDSP, but ewerywhere there is set

I am a new engineer in the DSP field.
I have to implement an equalizer for our mp3 decoder.
The equalizer must include 4 modes, which is pop, rock, classic and
jazz.

I've saw package "open21xx" (for ADSP 21xx family), but this package can

Hi all,
I have designed a 4th order bandpass filter using MatLab FDA tool.
The filter contains 2 2nd order stages which is fine and I can view
them in Simulink. The filter is a chebyshev type 1 with fp1=300Hz
fp2=3kHz.
I have the coefficients and scaling factors but have no idea how to
