Recently found this: http://pe1rxq.dnsq.org/dxo.html. It's worth checking this out. Although not with an EzKitLite, works with an ADSP-21065L

I think one way 4U is programming the onboard (E)EPROM, and booting your DSP from it.

However, your kit should come with a (Limited) version of the VisualDSP tools and the Kit drivers. Use them together to download programs within the kit.
