If you FFT a 44.1kHz signal, you'll need an FFT size of 2^19 = 524288
for 0.1Hz resolution. OTH, if you are only interested up to 5 Hz, you
can downsample to 10Hz and need only an FFT size of 2^7 = 128.

Andor
