hello,
could anyone recommend a type of sdram that i could connect to a
21065L? the needed space is just small, about 1-2 Mbytes only.

thanks..

carlo.

Have a look at the one populated on the 21065L EzKit Lite.

Micron MT48LC8M16A2 2 Meg x 16 x 4 banks

You'll need 2 of these resulting in 4 Mwords.

Hi
Micron MT48LC2M32B2, is it ok
it is 512K * 32 * 4(banks) . Total size is 2M * 32 . Advantage is
single chip for 32bit.

regards
ajith

Sounds good, but check that the 65L's SDRAM controller has the range of
settings for this part. It can't handle some of the newer SDRAM.

If this is going to be for a product, ask your distributor if the part will
be around for awhile. Some of the smaller parts that the 65L can handle are
going out of production.
