Step into flag problem ADSP-2181 EZ-KIT - sgol...@eircom.net - Mar 25 7:49:19 2006

Hello All,
I am using a ADSP-2181 EZ-KIT with Visual DSP++ 3.5 test drive version. When I set the flag
(SET FL1;)it only stays set until I do the next "Step Into" and then it reset
regardless of what the next line is. If I do a "Run to cursor" the flag will stay set
until I do the next "Run to cursor" or "Step into". If I run the code in a
"Simulator Session" the code works ok, but in a "EZ-KIT lite via COM port
session" I get this problem.
Is there any way I get the flag to stay set and debug the code with single steps. Is this
normal behaviour for an ADSP-2181 EZ-KIT.
Regards Stephen
