  Hi
     we are using adsp21364 for our audio processing application
     Is there any USB EZ extender which can be connected through 
      JTAG  interface

The ADI USB extender is available for the EZ-KIT. It does not use JTAG. 
I don't think any of the EZ-KITs have a USB interface for user 
applications (only the debugger is USB).

Our dspstak SHARC boards all have USB interfaces (either FTDI or PLX
