How to i code it to store images to the memory of blackfin 561 ?

or is there any alternatives??

There is a example code available with your installation for the same. 
kindly look it in your installation.

There is a option in the visualdsp environment for fill the memory, this way
you can put images in your memory.

Go to Tool bar, select tool, memory, fill, and you select fill memory from
file.
you must have your images in .dat format. you specify the stride and address
where you want to put the images.
