I have a strange problem...........
I want to implement SPIHT algorithm so, i have included an image in the main file like this :

iam using BF533 Ezkit lite........
my problem is I want see the image data in the blackfin memory...when iam seeing that data upto
4kbytes whatever i have sent(from file) is there....but after that there are random values
stored in between upto around 1 kbyte and again my image values started....................

After  resetting the processor from visualDSP then all the values are
properly visible.............i don't have any clue of the situation happening ..............

if anybody previously experianced this siuation....help me.........

Hi,

I think I experienced something like this once. SDRAM controller must
not be correctly configured so you have damaged data every 4K (SDRAM
page size)

That worth the check between SDRAM datasheet and configuration of SDRAM
controller. Hope that helps ...

Try to declare your variable this way:

static volatile input[32][32]=....

Volatile avoid that the compiler make some kind of optimization that maybe
can be doing something strange with your function.

And static helps you if your variable is not global. For the data does not
be managed from the stack.

Now i have loaded the initialisation code of SDRAM in startup code and i have changed the
image datatype to volatile and i have seen the values are loaded properly.............but now i
have a new problem..........
All the internal variables or some of the variables are not initialised as in the program they
are initialising with this value only always...
That value is :0xeeeeeeee....

This situation i didn't faced upto know.....if anybody know help me..........
