I'm new to the AD/Tigersharc processor family.
Now working on EZkit-TS201s Lite Board.

In this evaluation board flash is connected parallel to both dsp's.

so pls anyone explain me how parallel flash boot is performed in detail.

Howdy Anishree,

I have not used the Tigersharc so I don't know.  Check out the ADI web 
site and see if there are any app notes on it.  If not, then ask on the
"Engineer Zone" forums.  I'm sure there are lots of people there who
have
used it.

Hi,

The first section of chapter 11 in the TS201 hardware reference manual
describes the boot process.  What is automatically booted in from the boot
device (wide flash memory in this case) after reset is 256 words of code.
This is typically the boot kernel.  The ADI app note EE-200 goes into detail
on how the boot kernel works.
