Hi! I'm using a SHARC EZ-Lite board with 21061 core. It already has an architecture file ezkit.ach. Can we modify it? Thanks, ailton |

Hi, Ofcourse, you can modify ach file. ACH file should provide facility for your application Code placement, Static Data placement, Stack, heap. Based on your application you can modify ACH file. What is the tool you have been using? Is it VDSP 4.1 or old SHARC tools ver 3.3? I'm using ADSP-2106x EZKIT Simulator Release Number 3.3 Release date 12/1/96 Version Number 2.30 Silicon Rev: 0 Where can I get this VDSP 4.1? Is it free? The problem is that this EZ-Kit Simulator does not let me change the ach file. I'm sending you the ACH file this simulator uses. I've already tried to change some segment lengths, but I didn't work.
