Hi all,

I need information about MPEG-X video
compression/decompression (encoding/decoding) with
DSP210xx, any other dsp will be usefull too.

Emil,
Have you considered the ADV601 wavelet codec. This chip can compress and
decompress NTSC or PAL video in real time for $15. Video quality at 10:1 is
better than over-the-air TV. At 25:1 its about VHS quality. I'm the
applications guy for this chip. If you follow the URL in my .sig, you can find
data sheets application notes and evaluation boards.

Hi David,

Thanks for information - I know that there is other
dsp's that are better than adsp210xx but I need that
information for educational purposes, so please if you
have that kind of information, even if it's only in
theory help me to find it.
