i m trying for the guitar tuner project !! and m completely stuckedd !!!:((
i dont know how to begin..just stucked up..
i hav checked those data acquisition tutorials for computing frequency of tuning fork ..

but its not givin me accurate value !!
i want to calculate .. accurate frequency of guitar string plucked during runtime !!

low e : 82.41 Hz
A     : 110.0 hz
d     : 146.83 hz
g     : 196 hz
b     : 246.94
high e:329.63 hz

these are the frequiences !! to which i hav to tune the strings !! 

sometimes when i pluck i "A" string it gives the next harmonic 220 hz and some time
110 !!

pls some one GUIDE MEEEEEEEEEEEE :((((((((
