I am wondering is there is any relationship or causality between the
parameters (in-phase and quadrature components) of analytic signal and
modulating (information or message)-carrier signal as used in Telecommunication.
Could the modulating signal like in the case of frequency modulation be taken as
the real valued data while the carrier be taken as the quadrature of the
modulating signal?
