Hi~ all

I would like to implement MPEG Audio Layer II Decoder
on 16 bit fixed point DSP.

I've found the floating point C source code (dist.10)
from univ. Hannover.
But, It seems that it is not the final revision.
(The encoder doesn't output the correct bitstream, maybe...)
How can I get the final version of MPEG audio source code?
