Hello,
I am working on MPEG-2 AAC. I would like to know that how to decide
value for Psychoacoustic entropy (PE) for block switching.I have
ISO_13818-7_AAC stander but they do not clarify the value for PE for
switching from long block to short block.Please if any one have idea
about it, please help me............Thanks in advance.
