 Hi all ,Can any one tell me in which site are mp3 test bits i.e 16 bit wav samples with
sampling frequency at 44100 Hzare available  ???Also are there any Mp3 analyzers available ?I
found one named  ENCSPOT,But it decides quality of an encoded song with reference to bitrate, 
rather thanAnalysis filterbank or psychoacoustic model.. IS there any tool similar to THOMPSON
ANALYZER( VIDEO) in audio processing to check the quality of the song??? or else any standard
method to check the quality of the song???If there is one please = let me know the source

For conformance bitstreams, you may look at:
http://www.tnt.uni-hannover.de/project/mpeg/audio/ftp/.

If you search for critical encoder test sequences, you may go
to the lame website http://lame.sf.net or search for/ buy the
SQUAM CD (Sound Quality Assessment Material).

For a mp3 bitstream checker you may search for "mp3x".

Objective quality measurement is more difficult. Have a look
at ITU-R recommendation BS.1387, several commercial
applications are available. Some time ago I started an open
source project called EAQUAL with sourcecode of the
BASIC-version of this recommendation, but the project had to
be stopped. :(
