Hi all,

according to the standard the maximum bitrate a aac lc encoder should 
work is

(6144/1024)* sampling frequency
i,e
sampling freq     max bitrare
48000             288000
44100             264600 likewise

i want to know what is the minimum bitrate an encoder should work 
without giving a possible distortion at a specified sampling 
frequency.
