Hi All,

I have some doubts regarding quality issues in mpeg4
aac lc encoder.

1) does aac lc encoder gives tranparent quality at
96kbps or less for an audio of 48kHz stereo.

2)if so? what is the NMR,ODG and other scores one can
expect
