we have kept the reset pin normally floating. and after power up ,we are making it HiGH to start the bootloader.
Does the controller reset by pulling the Reset Pin High or Low?... about flash bootloader [2 Articles]

I burn my program into flash.

I've been trying to simulate ISR in CSS of Timer0 and find that TIF
bit is set but PIEIFR bit is NOT SET.
after manually setting PIEIFR bit the the Vector address is NOT taken...
