no power to target device? - nyshishirny - Jun 7 11:14:31 2007

Dear Members,

I am using XDS510PP_Plus JTAG emulator to program TMS320F2812 DSP.
I used SDconfig v3.1 software to check the connectivity.

The software SDconfig detected the emulator properly.
But, when I checked the "Reset Emulator" button, it said
"Error : No power to target"

All the connections are proper and voltage at the pin PD (Presence
Detect) of the emulator was 3.25 V.
I am not able to figure out what the problem is. Is the DSP spoilt?
Please help.

Looks like your DSP is damaged.
Try to connect another board, if you have any.
