Respected sir,

                     Iam designing a standalone board with F2812 for my power electronic lab
applications.

So I want to eliminate JTAG emulator and if I have .out file ,I CAN BE ABLE TO LOAD THE PROGRAM
INTO FLASH...........But how to produce .out file from assembly code with out using CCS
Studio................Is there any assemblers are available?

 Why don't you useCCS stutio? I really wonder.
 Other assemblers may be available, but for sure, they are not specially do=
ne for ti's DSP.

if u wantnot to use ccs /jtag then there is avalibility of assembler(asm2000),compiler
linker at ti site also there is referance guide in pdf formet but best option is 1st u
developed your project with jtag and then may go for assembler...if necessary...
