Hi, I just got a c3xdsk, I've downloaded the TMS320c3x DTK from the Ti site. This looks like an interesting dsp tutorial, but it doesn't appear to contain the demo software for the tutorial labs. In the instructions the following link is given, but it doesnt appear to work ??? ftp://ftp.ti.com/mirrors/TMS320bbs/c3xdskfiles I guess it's probably too old, anybody know where I can get this software ? Hello Karam I am assuming DTK is the DSP Teaching Kit, and yes thats pretty old by now. Still, it does have a lot of good material in it and will be usefull. For the latest software, you may instead want to hit the link to the TMS320VC33 DSK (search on part number TMDSDSK33) and look for the software link. Even though it initially looks like you must 'order' the software, you dont. 'Ordering options' simply takes you further down in the file to the download link. The file you will want to download will be SPRC147 and contains not only the older tools, but also new Windows based tools and demos, but also the TI-C compiler. http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tmdsdsk33.html BTW, For posterity, to find the FTP site (still a lot of good stuff there), first ftp to ftp.ti.com and then follow your way in.
