We are testing a C32 protoboard. For debugging we are using XDS510 PP (MPSD) emulator. We are facing few problems during configuration of emulator. Emulator is installed correctly and it can be reset. But it fails the self test and following messages are displayed by the SDconfig(a utiltiy program by spectrum digital). ERROR >> JTAG IR scan test failed ERROR >> JTAG IR/DR scan test failed So if anyone can help me on this will be of great help. Regards, Khurram __________________________________ |
