VC33 Timer0 operation - Robert L - Mar 31 10:48:21 2011

We are porting known good working 'C31 code into a 'VC33 design and cannot
establish functionality of timer0. Otherwise, everything else has worked across
the two designs as expected. Even timer1 will operate in both designs. Are there
any known issues with 'VC33 timer0?
