Using Microcomputer Mode with DSP/BIOS - freesampleic - Nov 29 7:09:00 2002

I am having trouble switching the C5402 DSK to mircocomputer mode
using DSP/BIOS. The way I did it was by changing the MP/#MC bit of
PMST register value within the DSP/BIOS cdb file. However, my
program does not run correctly afterward. It ran okay before when I
used microprocessor mode.

The MP/MC# bit was the only thing I changed. Are there anything I
need to do?

All,

Hopefully it is not a too late answer. To run 5402 DSK
into correct MC/MP mode, there is a small switch on
DSP board. I can not recall which is which. You can
easily find the info on manual.

Hopefully, it will help.
