Hello, I designed a application circuit of tms320vc5409. Before i sealed the dsp onto the pcb,i meatured the pcb with multimeter,and the power supply is normal. After i sealed the dsp onto the pcb,i meatured the impedance between the pin3(cvss) and the pin142(cvdd) of vc5402,the pin106(dvss) and the pin112(dvdd),and found the impedance are 0ohm.When power up the pcb,the 3.3v and 1.8v power supply are all short circuit to the ground. I have measured several vc5402 and vc5409,the pin3(cvss) and the pin142(cvdd),the pin106(dvss) and the pin112(dvdd),are all 0ohm impedance. Whether the chip is damaged or not? Is the power supply's short circuit is caused by the chip? I want to know if I can meatured the impedance between the pins of tms320vc5402 with multimeter directerly. Is the impedance between the pins i mentioned above is 0ohm or not? Does anyone could help me? Thanks, Kimjin |
