It comes with the DSK board documentation, but I also think it's on the Texas Inst. website or ftp site, although I do not know the location off-hand. This is an excellent design reference that you should look at prior to making any C5402 design. The DSK C5402 board uses a FLASH EEPROM; I'm not sure what size.
