Dear all
I am a new one in DSP
 I installed CCS and as you know after CCS installation completed, We
connected the TMS320VC5416 DSK and we followed the installation
procedure. After the installation procedure completed, I started to
check by diagnostic software, but it failed the test. Of course when
we connected the USB port the (D9-D12) LEDs didn't blink. Is it
important.? Is the Kit damaged? What is wrong with it? 
I would be wonder if you answer to solve my problem.
the second question is that which document is good one 
for starting using the dsp 5416(I mean for c programming)
