Very important question for me in choosing a DSP | TMS320C54x

Hi;

0- What is the features of C54x over C55x DSPs. I saw even C55x DSPs 
have not the paging limitation C54x users are more. why? Is there any 
thing in programming or working with them?

1- my data memory is 76KW, Program mem = 180KW, low power 
consumption, low cost (DSP + memory <40$)

So which DSP is more proper?

2- I know that regarding to performance it is better to use internal 
memory but regarding to price the on-chip memory (DSP with all the 
required memory on chip) or off chip memory, which is better?
3- After searching in TI.com I chose C6204 and C5507 and c5510a. 
Regarding to memory limitation and working with them which of them 
are proper for my project?

4- Why the C6204 is so little in price compared to other c62x for 
example C6201?

5- If I decide to work with each of the above DSPs (c6204 or C5507 or 
5510a) what are the required board for begining? have they DSK or EVM 
or I must use another boards?

6- I know that the flash memory is necessary on board for booting but 
is it necessary to have on board RAM? Can on-chip flash or ROM or RAM 
be used for both program and data memory in above DSPs?
