Hi All

I have some queries regarding JPEG encoder and
decoder, Could any one please help me out in these:

1) What is the acceptable time of JPEG encoder and
decoder separately in milliseconds on C55x TI DSP
processor i.e  what is the bench mark for CIF 320x240
image and Y:U:V 4:2:0 .

2)Whether the time calculation to be done by excluding
the time for RGB-YCbCr in decoder case and YCbCr-RGB
conversion in encoder case.

3)What should be the acceptable optimum code size for
JPEG encoder and JPEG decoder.
