Just a quick note to let you know that I have changed the setting of this group so that by
default, when you click on 'reply' to respond to a message sent to the group, the reply will go
to the group and not only to the individual.  We will try this for a while and see how it goes.
 Please refrain from sending simple 'thank you for your help'  messages to the group.
