Hi, I am new to TI C6000 and C5000 DSPs. We have an application with 5509A. I would like to talk to other users at start. Now, I use CCS C5000 Trial edition now. But I am confused about some points. There are some sections/examples about 5510 but there is nothing about 5509. Do I have to select 5510 for 5509? For instance -Setup CCS->Import Configuration: These options exit: C5510 Simulator C5x Functional Simulator C5x Simulator Which one do I have to select? Is there a .ccs file for 5509? What is the way to create a project (assembly based) with chip initialization routine templates? Could anyone send me a simple executable project file in assembly? I just want to compile a C or ASM file and run it step by step and see the register contents. We're about to buy an 5509 development module. Is there anyone uses FLEXDS 5509 module?
