Contact http://www.authenTec.com in Melbourne, Fla They have a board 1.2x2.5 inches with a fingerprint pad. The board hooks up to a development board that has a PIC which does the human interfacing via SPI on the MCBSP. Most of their fingerprint ID & matching software fits in the on-chip RAM, but beware of where you put YOUR program. If their code gets disturbed it wont function properly. They use the Visual Librarian, so watch out how you stuff variables and program into on-chip RAM.
