THANK'S FOR THE HEPL ON THE UART.. I am new to TMS320VC5509 progamming. Can any one tell me 1. What are the basic requirements for proting a code into the processor(S/w and Hardware). 2. Where should i start from , i mean what are the datasheet or the refrence manual i sould look into .. Thank You Abhi |

TI has User Guides at www.dspvillage.com I don't think there is a user guide specifically for porting code. There is something about migrating C54x code to the C55x family, however, for many instructions, the assembler handles this. There will be some instructions you have to migrate by hand.
