omap1510 set up problem for XDS510 usb | TMS320C55x

Hi , I am trying establish connection to OMAP1510 to host. I have installed proper drivers and ccs installed is v2.21. following is the problem when trying to set up OMAP1510 board. main problem is usb fails to enumerate. I confimed that there is power to xds510 usb from the port. but i am not sure is it enough power or not. any suggestions will be appreciated. info in log file:- ***** Spectrum Digital Inc. ***** ***** www.spectrumdigital.com ***** Attaching to Spectrum Digital XDS510 USB Incoming Port Address = 0x0510 Current Directory = c:\ti\drivers pfCom->Init() pfCom->Connect() Error -536866794: Interface not found. is that any patch required for ccs v2.21 when i using xds510usb JTAG?
