Hello Folks,
I am in the process of designing a boundary scan chain for JTAG testing of my boards(consisting of C55xDSPs, microcontrollers). However one important information needed is the the test vector size of C55x and the nunber of test vectors required to test it exhaustively. Hope some of you can throw some light on this issue.
