I have no acquaintance with TI products.
I shall appreciate help in choosing the right tools.

'Video processing' is a very broad subject.  I suggest that you look
at EVM/development boards at ti.com and see which one best fits your
application.

DM642 EVM, DM648 EVM, DM 6437 DVDP, DM6446 DVEVM are some examples.
You can look at the kit details [and price :-)  ] to see what is the
best match.  If price is a major concern, you might checkout
beagleboard.org.
