Earlier this year Professor Rulph Chassaing had a book published about the C6711 DSK.
"DSP Applications Using C and the TMS320C6x DSK", Wiley-Interscience.

platform
  Naim Dahnoun, Prentice Hall publication.

  Nasser Ketharnavaz, Burc Simsek,Prentice Hall publication.
