Hi.... My name is Kareem and I am working on a senior design project at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. I am designing a noise cancelling headphone uing active noise control. I am developing my LMS algorithm using Code Composer and the DSK board. My question is this: What would you recommend as a suitable daughter card to interface with my DSK board, keeping in mind that I will need to solder my peripheral circuitry onto this board. That will include my speakers, mics, and the Burr Brown A/D and D/A convertors. Appreciate the help! |

Hi.... My name is Kareem and I am working on a senior design project I assume that you are using a C6711 or C6211 DSK. I think the
AIC23 daughter board is what you need. It is not a Burr Brown Codec, it is
a TI stereo codec (very good). I'd search the TI website and look
for the 3rd party vendor for this board. I don't know if it includes
a mic circuitry, but I think you should be able to add it as per your mic's
requirement.
