hi...
i m new to C6711....and want to develop a c6711 based board to
understand its working....i have worked with the CCS ...and now wanna
work on some hardware...can any one suggest somthin?

If your goal is experimentation, I would suggest choosing something that you either know something about or are very interested in learning about.  There seems to be quite a bit of various types of audio processing apps using c671x devices.
 
BTW, if you are 'starting from scratch', I would suggest a 6713.
