hai , friends
                 we know that tms320c67x has mainly RAM . so if we
want to store program permanantly , one option is storing in ROM, But
how we burn program int
external ROM ?
  can we do this using development board ?
  or we need additional board to do this ?

The 6713 DSK contains FLASH memory that can be
reprogrammed - refer to the archives of this group for
info on Flash Programming.
