ADC THS1206EVM on C6711DSK in Single Conversion Mode - diethelmk - Mar 26 14:35:00 2002

Hello,

I have problem with the ADC THS1206 in Single Conversion Mode. The
converted values are not constant - they have a range of about 28 to
52 digits (depending on the channel). In Continuous Conversion Mode
all works fine with a range of 5 digits over 1 million values each
channel (short connection between AINP, AINM, BINM, BINP REFIN and
REFOUT).
I use the THS1206EVM-daughterboard on an C6711DSK-board, 4 channels
in single ended mode and use timer0 in clock_mode to generate
the /CONVST-signal of about 500kHz. The timing seams to be ok
(SLAS217F.pdf page 10). I read the values automaticaly by EDMA (fifo-
level 4).
What can be the problem?
Have someone experiences or a good idea?

Thanks Diethelm
