Which one is low cost JTAG emulator for TI DaVinci DM6446? Spectrum Digital XDS510 USB seems to be very good choice, but quite expensive. If someone is planning to sell any JTAG emulator (used) which can work with DaVinci DM6446, please let me know. Thanks and Regards, jigs_dsp______________________________

Normally I would recommend SEED USB emulator as a low-cost choice. However, we've not been able to get it to work reliably yet with 67xx devices. That is a vexing problem for us. We have an outstanding "Answer Offer" of USD 100 for anyone who can demonstrate how to configure and run the SEED USB emulator with DSK C6711 board. -Jeff______________________________

I would think the JTAG header cable for the card should be something you can find or maybe your TI salesperson who takes care of your University can help with. Your Prof should know who is the TI person. > Another question is, I'm using CCS v3.1 for my C6713 DSK but is there anyway > I can upgrade to v3.2? You could but don't do that, or at least not yet. v3.2 is intended for C64x+ core devices such as 6455. You can use the Update Advisor in CCS to download current patches and files for v3.1. -Jeff > > > Jeff Brower <j...@signalogic.com> wrote: > > > > > > JIGS- > > > > > > > Which one is low cost JTAG emulator for TI DaVinci DM6446? > > > > Spectrum Digital XDS510 USB seems to be very good choice, but > >quite > > > > expensive. > > > > > > > > If someone is planning to sell any JTAG emulator (used) which can > >work > > > > with DaVinci DM6446, please let me know. > > > > > > Normally I would recommend SEED USB emulator as a low-cost choice. > > > However, we've not been able to get it to work > > > reliably yet with 67xx devices.
