DSK6416 with CCS v2.0 - head...@yahoo.com - Oct 12 8:05:39 2007

I have a DSK6416 (that is operated with USB) and with that I got CCS 3.1 evaluation
edition. Now I think it has expired and it is not running. SO I installed CCS v2.0 (I had full
setup of CCS 2.0). But it does not have the option of DSK6416.
I tried importing the driver of DSK6416 from CCS 3.1 but it simply says that they are not
backward compatible. Can anyone tell that how can I use DSK6416 with CCS 2.0.

DSK boards come with a "DSK version" of CCS that does not expire. If you can find
that CD, you're good.

If you're already using the CCS that came with the DSK, then you may have some other software
install or USB issue.

If the DSK CCS software actually says "expired" or similar, then you can contact a TI
salesperson to get your
situation fixed -- as long as you have the DSK board, then you should always be able to use
that.
