I have written Java software on a Windows PC, that controls a C
program at a C6713 board using TCP connections. All goes well, except
for the fact that users need to manually load and start the program at
the DSP using Code Composer. They also need to manually reset the CPU,
and restart and start the program when the DSP crashes.

Is there a way to do these actions from Java?
