CCS2.0 Simulation problem - torgeirjakobsen - Jan 15 15:29:00 2002

Hi

I have recently installed the new CCS2.0, but I have got problems when
I try to simulate my code. I have tried to use both the C5510
simulator and the C55x simulator. It looks like the simulator locks
on the first floating point calculation in my program.
I use Windows2000, and I can see in the task manager that CCS uses
99 percent of CPU. I have to shut down CCS from the task manager.
The same code works fine in the previous version of CCS (v1.2).
Do anyone know about this problem ?

Best regards
Torgeir Jakobsen

Re: CCS2.0 Simulation problem - Srinivas B B - Jan 16 5:15:00 2002

Hi Torgeir,
Even I am facing similar problems with CCS2.0.
I started of by thinking that there is some problem with stack return
pointer,
when I modified the .cmd file, the code started working.
Maybe
I would like to know from the experts as to why this problem is occuring
only in CCS2.0 ?
I am using Win98, CCS uses almost full of CPU.

Thanks.

Regards,
Srini
