Yes I thought about that... but I'm worried that even the bit of extra signal distance might throw off some of the daughtercards out there. A product like HPI-to-PP interface for DSK boards would have its share of tech support anyway, and adding to it in any way would not be good. I think the basic approach should be to "jack in" on the HPI connector with minimal interference in anyone else's virtual reality :-) -Jeff
