hi to all
can i use CCS3.1 with 6711dsk..we have CCS2.1 with our board but i want to use CCS3.1 with this
kit ....i've install the drivers os 6711 in CCS3.1 but still it's not working...

plz help me..

Answer I think is 2-part:  1, yes you can get it to work, 2 you have to use the JTAG
header on the 6711 DSK card with an emulator and set one of the user-switches to
activate the header instead of using JTAG circuit via PC parallel port.

My understanding is that the only versions of CCS that were shipped with DSK 6711
(and therefore have built-in DSK 6711 parallel port-to-JTAG support) are v2.2x.

I could be wrong about this -- if anyone's got v3.1 working without external emulator
then please let Rachana know.

Where's the CD that came with DSK?  I suggest to try that first, verify everything is working
Ok, then try v3.1 and
compare results.
