Hi all,

I tried to installed the CCS 3.1 on Windows Vista(Notebook) and have configured it (via CCS
Setup)on a simulation mode, which am pretty much sure done it correctly. 
On the first attemp when I saved and closed the Setup-CCStudio, Code Composer is called and
opened where I started loading my programms on a simulation project.

However, the second time I tried to open the CCS via its icon, it never even open up. And
everytime I tried to access it again(and again), never....opens..!

I really don't know if this is something to do with Vista... or I might still messed it up
somewhere..! 

Your feedback is mostly and highly appreciated.

PS: I even deinstalled and deactivated my firewall but it has shown the same behaviuor.
