I also faced the same problem after installing CCS on Vista. But I found that when ever I
opened the CCS setup and without configuring the setup, I pressed "save & quit"
button, then it asked for "do you want to open CCS on exit" and I pressed
"yes". Then CCS opened. So, I am using this way to work with CCS on Vista. You can do
the same. But meanwhile if you have a better solution than this, please let me know.
